Counselling and Psychotherapy Sessions
As a psychotherapist and a psychologist, I offer talking therapy sessions drawing from various evidence-based and experiential therapeutic modalities that I am trained in. The sessions can be weekly, fortnightly, or monthly but I recommend starting with weekly sessions.
